State of Sahaja is a certified B corporation and a yoga studio is a unifying of all yoga styles and a safe space for all of humanity to share and experience the healing power of yoga and community.  Our classes run for either 60, 75 or 90 minutes with passionate teachers that guide to suit the experience and capabilities of the class.

We have non-heated classes, yoga inside the studio or on the deck overlooking the lake, for all levels of experience including kids. We also hold regular community events and discounted classes making our space accessible for all who would like to come and be a part of this wonderful space. We are here to foster community, a coming together to raise the vibrations, move, breath, sweat, chant and give back!  Unity in action.

As a yoga studio that gives back, we also use our profit for a purpose. For each attendance in paid classes we give disposable menstrual products to those in need. We are also a part of 1% for the planet & donate to charities that support human-kind & care for the world, and by using our business for good. It is our mission to light up the lives of those around us.

Sahaja means your inherent naturalness, being spontaneous and in the flow.  We choose the name State of  Sahaja, as it is not about the yoga pose, it is about embodying what we learn on the mat and living in enlightenment of the mat. To live in a state of flow and to always remember who you are at the core. 

We are connected to Sahaja – Yoga Mats That Give Back, they are our sister social enterprise and also a certified B Corporation, we only use their awesome eco-friendly yoga products and yoga mats, which also gives back with each purchase.  Every yoga mat sold, they donate a solar light to families in need.
