6 week deep dive sadhana 2022
Tuesday February 17th - March 24th 2022
A 6 week deep dive with unique and heartfelt offerings to suit all beings as well in person as well as an online offering for those living anywhere on our gorgeous Mother Earth. All of these programs are equally powerful and they are designed to support you to live an elegant life in your own fullest potential with love, joy, compassion and deeply connected inside and out.
The two programs come with Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, daily rituals, etheric gong sound baths, weekly 45 minute private with me online or in person to share knowledge, to connect, go over any techniques or simply to answer any questions that have arisen during deep dive. We will also have 2 weekly group 75 minute Himalayan Kundalini classes a week. Tuesday is ruled by the planet Mars, so classes will be more break through themes activating the tapas within us and using our own inner fire. Thursday is ruled by Jupiter, so classes with be more expansive and cosmic themed. As my thank you gift to you, you will also receive two complimentary tickets to our monthly full moon Yagya (fire ceremonies) that have sold out since inception.
I am keeping this program very small, so spaces will be limited. This is so I am able to offer more personalised attention and devote more of my time to you and to be fully present and of service to you. As much as you are investing in me, I am also investing in you. I will be working with 6 people who want to roll up their sleeves and do the work. I will hold space with you, I will share with you the tools and practices that helped me to thrive and to live a life of purpose, love and service. This is not just another 40 day practice, this is so much more than that. We are going to go on a journey of you deepening your own personal sadhana based on your own birth chart.
These programs suit all levels of practice, whether you’ve never practiced yoga or if you're a seasoned practitioner and live and embody the yogic principles in life, on and off the mat. A 20-30 minute video recording of your own personal 40 day practice , for you to practice to each day, as well as recording of mantras.
6 x 2 weekly 90 minute Himalayan Kundalini Yoga Classes with chai & chocolates after class to build community and for elevated conversations from the heart.
6 x 45 minute weekly Private, 1 on 1 with Judes. Online or in person
